 | KTVO "I would like to provide you with this letter of recommendation so that you may share my enthusiasm for the New Revenue Solutions ImagePlus marketing plan with those stations considering participation in their own project.
I have been incredibly pleased with the amazing results that NRS was able to garner for KTVO-TV through the ImagePlus project, under your great leadership. I appreciate your flexibility in dealing with the complexities of a split market, which required prospecting and presentations in two different states. I also appreciate the extra time and effort both you and Brian McCray invested with the KTVO sales staff through each extra step of this project. Because of your strong leadership skills and your reality based sales experience, you were able to train each member of the sales staff to a much higher level. Each person has substantial new business on their list as a direct result of your sales management expertise.
I would highly recommend the ImagePlus program to any station looking for an innovative new business solution. I would couple that recommendation with additional acknowledgement of Chris Fleming's ability to influence a positive outcome of the project implementation.
Please tell any prospective station to feel free to call me at KTVO-TV if they would like more information regrading our hugely positive experience with this initiative."

 | TMJ4 "Thanks so much for your help and support during our first ImagePlus™ program. It was a tremendous success for us. This revenue helps us overcome the loss of major automotive business in the latter half of 2006 as well as set us up for a great start to 2007. As we face the reality that the local television advertising business is in a state of flux the ImagePlus program gives us a direction to follow in developing new business.
ImagePlus has clearly allowed us to better utilize time periods that often go undersold, making the use of our inventory even more efficient than we thought possible. Other good news we have discovered is that more than 85% of the ImagePlus partners have never used television before. These are absolute new clients that we intend to keep on our air for many years to come.
We look forward to next year's program as we build upon our 2006 success. Thanks again for all your guidance."

 | WKBW "Just a quick thank you and "job well done" as we head into our second year of ImagePlus.
As was the case in year one, this year's program was a success by all accounts.
There is absolutely no question that the program was a huge key to our local sales making budget for three quarters in succession as it generated over $1.5million for both programs. In addition to the revenue generation the training was top notch as it got all account executives back to the basics of selling with not only telephone calls, but hand delivery and follow up visits as well.
Finally, I would be remiss if I didn't mention your fine presentation of the program. It is interesting and informative and we've received positive feedback from not only ImagePlus clients but from several people who saw the presentation but for whatever reason could not participate in the program at that time."

 | WTOV TV “We have just finished Year Three of the New Revenue Solutions’ ImagePlus™. It’s a sales manager’s dream to have a structured program that all station account executives can take advantage of to create new business relationships and revenue. I can’t say enough great things about the New Revenue Solutions staff. Their entire staff has excellent organizational, coaching and training skills that benefited our station’s sales staff, whether it was our most seasoned account executive or a newly hired sales person. The training was multi-level and taught our staff new and creative ways of selling. The program really brought our staff together. But most importantly, it brought significant new dollars to our bottom line. We can’t wait for Year Four!"

As was the case in year one, this year's program was a success by all accounts.
It also provided us with a tremendous team building opportunity. The camaraderie that was developed has had a lasting impact on our sales staff. The training for database development, appointment setting and closing will pay dividends for us for years to come.
We reached more than 40 new local clients signed to annual contracts without even mentioning rates or ratings. The program was a complete success and I would enthusiastically recommend the ImagePlus program to any station looking for increased sale revenue.

 | WEEK TV "Thanks so much for your help and constant support during our first ImagePlus™ program. I must admit we were a little skeptical at first, since WEEK is such a strong station already. We tend to sell hot, and over sell-out in a lot of key time periods. But ImagePlus™ has clearly allowed us to better utilize those time periods that often go undersold, making the use of our inventory even more efficient than we thought possible. The other good news that we have discovered is that more than 85% of the ImagePlus™ partners have never used television before. These are absolute new clients that we intend to keep on our air for many years to come. In addition, I am pleased with the residual effect on our sales department. They were a strong team already, but the concentrated emphasis on ImagePlus™ has helped them form a stronger bond, they now have better telephone skills and they have better honed their overall sales abilities. I now have a better sales team because of ImagePlus™.”

 | Quincy Newspapers Inc. "Please consider this letter an enthusiastic endorsement of your company, your team and your program. The recent Ad!mpact program at the New Jersey Herald was outstanding! I must applaud you and your team in several areas.
Most importantly, our sales results exceeded expectations. Your market assessment and goal setting proved again to be on target – as has been the case with our broadcast experience. The predictable result of your program & processes are truly remarkable.
The program benefited local business leaders by providing valuable direction on advertising and promotion. Our customers continue to express positive feedback about the presentation and program. The credibility brought forth from the presentation is further evident through the level of “membership” participation.
Our sales team benefited greatly from the structure, discipline and sales training brought by your team and the program. It was hard work. They now take great pride in that work and have a strong sense of accomplishment and confidence.
Your team was extremely professional. They communicated goals, objectives and expectations throughout and did an excellent job in preparation and execution. Thanks for a job well done!"

 | WJAC TV “We have developed over $1.7 million in additional guarantee billing for the station with two very successful years of the ImagePlus™ program at WJAC. Our Account Executives have the ImagePlus™ program to thank for putting thousands of extra dollars in their pockets over the past two years. Putting the revenue aside (but who wants to), the professional sales training on prospecting, appointment setting, and closing for the sales staff would be worth the investment even if revenue generation was considerably less. In addition, the client relationships that developed during the program have allowed us to generate thousands of dollars in additional business, over and above the program requirements. What a great bonus! ImagePlus™ is a terrific program for any sales department that will help the bottom line, train the staff, and improve client relations.”

 | Trinity MirrorTrinity Mirror was born out of the merger of two highly successful newspaper companies in September 1999 - Trinity plc and Mirror Group plc.
With some 250 titles, the Group reaches nearly half the population of the UK. Trinity Mirror is the UK’s largest newspaper publisher, with a portfolio of more than 500 media brands.
This includes some 240 local and regional newspapers, five national newspapers and four sports titles, as well as over 300 websites.
We used New Revenue Solutions’ Press programme to initiate a step-change in the ‘mindset’ of our sales teams and to trial a change in their current sales model. We started by asking, “Could we get our sales people to think and operate differently in an ever-changing media market? Could we put something together that would give our sales people the confidence to sign up a customer on a different business model to the one we traditionally operate?” The resounding success of the pilot programmes means the answer to those questions was – yes we can”

 | Bay Radio"When you enter the ImagePlus™ program for the first time it can be a daunting task, but under the skilful leadership of NRS in our case Ian Mizon, you soon realise you are going to get huge amounts of support throughout the program and there is nothing to fear. It is a very simple formula, listen and follow to the letter the NRS lay down for ImagePlus™ and you are assured success.
That’s what The Bay did and we have now written well over £2,000,000 of revenue over 4 years."

 | Western MailThe partnership with New Revenue solutions on the AD!mpact programme in 2006 certainly stimulated the market into action during a period when trading had deteriorated to it’s lowest for some time. Apart from the substantial revenue gains, which in Cardiff’s case exceeded £600k, the training and mentorship supplied by NRS throughout the programme gave our sales people a new perspective on our business making them stronger, more confident individuals. The Ad !mpact experience not only generated an improvement in revenue in the short term, but also helped salespeople to plan their strategies more effectively for the future.

| Belfast TelegraphThe Belfast Telegraphs’ first introduction to New Revenue Solutions was through the AD!mpact Programme in February 2007. Initially we were very sceptical about the level of revenue generation forecast by our Account Director Ellen Kenny. However, Ellen's unwavering confidence in the programme was compelling and although the pain of the database build cannot be understated, our belief in the process began to grow as we progressed through each phase of the rigorous programme.
As presentation week arrived, the benefits of the programme to the sales team became apparent. The blood, sweat and tears of the database build had paid off and the benefits of the training delivered through the programme had provided them with the skills and the conviction to convert these prospects into clients.
Their confidence grew with every membership they signed. By the end of the week everyone was extremely tired but overwhelmed by the business they had secured!
We are now in the enviable position of having an additional 72 clients to visit each month, providing us with secured revenue and more importantly additional opportunities to up-sell them into our feature and supplement publications. We also have the added benefit of an extensive fully qualified database to prospect further from.
Now one month on after taking our members to print we can truly feel the benefits of the programme.
Indeed, such was our delight at the staggering result of AD!mpact that we have committed to deliver another two programmes by the end of the year!
Needless to say Ellen’s initial revenue forecast was delivered – you really have to see this sales methodology to believe it!
