Success amidst Economic Downturn

A local Canadian newspaper was operating in a particularly tough economy and the sales team was less than optimistic about their upcoming revenue forecasts. With the local economy in a downward spiral, spurred on by the loss of jobs in the manufacturing sector, the advertising prospects for the paper looked dim.
